About us

 

Image in Action believes that people with learning disabilities have a right to information and understanding about sexuality . For over 20 years we have been putting that belief into action, developing effective methods and creating new ways of making complex issues safe and accessible. We are acknowledged as leaders in the field of Sex and Relationships Education (SRE) for people with learning disabilities.

Image in Action is a member of the Sex Education Forum at the National Children’s Bureau.

The Sex Education Forum is the national authority on sex and relationships education. It has 49 members including religious, children’s, parents’, governors’, health and education organisations who collaborate to work towards promoting good Sex and Relationships Education (SRE) for all children and young people.
